Dear Dr. Wu,
Both John and I wanted to thank you personally for taking the extra time at his last office visit...explaining so many questions that John has had with his shingles. It really clarified alot for him, and, lessened some of his frustrations with the length of time for healing......He is a great patient....keeping a positive attitude about following the direction of the different doctors.... which has truly helped him in so many ways. Yet, it was this visit with you that really inspired and motivated him with encouragement, and, we just wanted to share how much it meant to both of us. Thank you so much! We noted how very busy you were on that particular day, running behind in your own schedule; taking the time to talk and explain Jon's problems. He does feel like he's getting better and stronger.......We wish you well in your business, as your new office is absolutely beautiful, and well equipped with a great staff and wonderful cleanliness and friendly faces. We thank you so much for your professionalism and your help in keeping John motivated and optimistic. We continue to move forward, being a work in profess, and, taking it "one day at a time". That day was special for him, as he felt some real encouragement. Our best and warmest regards to you and your staff, and, we do have deep gratitude for your knowledge and caring. very impressive results I now have wonderful vision in high definition 3D The surgical procedures on both eyes were very pleasant, I was requested to not move, which was extremely easy. If I had a third eye, I would have that one done too!

Very professional and competent.
General Comments: The doctor spent time to explain everything to my satisfaction. A miracle worker. I hope Dr. Wu appreciates what a gift he is giving to people restoring eyesight.

I contacted Dr. Wu when it was determined that I would benefit from cataract surgery. My husband had been a previous cataract surgery patient and had great results. I am so very pleased with the results from my surgery. Dr. Wu is a highly skilled and compassionate physician. I have already recommended him to several of my friends.

I was referred to Dr. Wu for routine cataract surgery. During his thorough pre-op examination, Dr. Wu discovered I had undiagnosed glaucoma.
Dr. Wu not only removed my cataracts, he corrected my astigmatism and halted damage caused by my glaucoma.

Outstanding results. My garden has never been so visible, and so beautiful. In fact, even the ladies look better. Can't say enough of the results of my cataract surgery.

I'm more than pleased with Dr. Wu and his staff. Dr. Wu corrected cataracts in both eyes and I now have 20/20 uncorrected vision. The surgery went very well and I've had several post-op follow up visits and been treated with the utmost care and concern. Dr. Wu has always answered all my questions and been proactive about telling me signs in change in vision where I should call the office. I highly recommend Dr. Wu.

I could not be more satisfied or happier with my surgery and with the doctor and his staff....I am confident that they are the best in Santa Barbara.

I must say that I am extremely grateful to Dr. Wu and his staff for everything that has been done to restore my sight. Because of my cataracts, I was almost blind, and now I have 20/20 vision in both eyes!!!Dr. Wu is very professional and skillful! Everyone in the office is very helpful and nice.

I'm really thrilled that my cataract surgery has resulted in my no longer needing glasses for driving because my vision is now back to 20-20. Sooo nice! Also, I'm pleased that the stint insertions seem to have resulted in better health for my eyes so that any glaucoma has been stopped. I did meet with two other eye doctors in the past and was not happy with either one. But I would and do gladly recommend Dr. Wu to friends and others. And I will continue seeing him for yearly checkups.

Dr. Wu is an excellent and kind physician. I came here after not receiving a thorough check-up from UCSB's optometrist. I came here to get a contacts fitting. As I had a poor exam prior to coming here, Dr. Wu patiently answered all my questions and gave his advice. I noticed that his employees were also patient and understanding. There was an issue with my insurance, all thanks to the incompetence at UCSB's eye clinic, and the staff was able to help me with it. I definitely wish I came here sooner. Also, he has an adorable puppy!

Dr. Wu is an excellent physician. I have seen him for regular eye exams as well as issues with chronic dry eyes. He was also able to correct diagnose my mother's eye condition which had gone undiagnosed by several prior ophthalmologists. I recommend him often to my own patients and peers.
